Requests for Hearings or Conferences - Judge Boyle will consider written requests for hearings or conferences with the Court provided they are made after conferencing with opposing counsel to attempt to reach agreement as to proposed hearing dates and times. The court must grant or deny the motion within forty-five (45) days after it is filed which is very important as the prevailing party is awarded fees.
