"Tip" Roeder, 60, and his wife, Jennifer Maxwell, 39, were killed by gunfire in an apparent robbery attempt as they entered their apartment lobby near the Beverly Hills-Los Angeles boundary on Wednesday afternoon, June 10, 1981. She was in the movie "Take Her, She's Mine" with Stewart and Sandra Dee, and she starred with Presley in "Blue Hawaii," her most famous role (pictured above, far right). Chip is the next to get bitten by the love bug and elopes with his teenage sweetie, Polly Thompson with their parents permission, of course.
